South Beach Diet


The South Beach Diet is not a low-carb plan. It's a process by which you learn the basics of good nutrition, which involves choosing good carbs and good fats, and knowing which ones to avoid. There are 3 phases to the Sourth Beach Diet.



In the first phase of the South Beach Diet, you banish your cravings by following Phase 1 for two weeks. This kick-starts your weight loss while teaching you to avoid processed, unhealthy foods.

In the second phase of the South Beach Diet, you'll learn to reintroduce good carbs such as fruits and whole grains.

And in the last phase, Phase 3 of the diet, you'll move to the maintenance Phase, where you'll continue to make healthy eating choices.
